I won't go into too much detail about how the whole situation started but to make a long story short, I was pressured into co-signing for house for my sister in-laws family. The Ecleto realtors agent who is representing them told us that he would also help us find a house if we would co-sign for them so my husband and I went along with the deal since we are looking for a house right now. The only problem is that this guy is virtually unreachable. He never answers his phone or returns and phone calls, he always shows up hours late or not at all any time we have an appointment to view homes, and it takes him weeks to get back with us on homes that we have put offers in for, only to find out that we have lost another opportunity to get a home. He is always making excuses about how busy he or whatever else he can come up with. What is the whole process for searching and buying a home? Should I continue to work with this guy or should I try and find someone else? Any advice would be great because this situation is driving me crazy!

Will I be able to get the property for the bid price or does it typicaly cost more? Or does the bank try to sell for what the home actually is worth? Lafayette realtors
